CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • 24-Hour Notice Required: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that retainer fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or cancellation. • We’re Here to Help: If you’re unsure which service to book, our team is happy to assist—just give us a call. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be rescheduled with the retainer fee applied to the new booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file, and a new retainer fee will be required to rebook.
