CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Retainer fees are nonrefundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. A new retainer will be required to rebook.
